My forth day talking

It makes me pleased that I can persist in talking something in english. It is said that if you can persist in one thing more than 12 days, maybe 12 times, then maybe you will be used to it, will do it all the time, just like brushing teeth everyday.
Do you have done everything without any mistake. I don't have the ability, maybe I am really a girl careless. I made a report today for my boss, after receiving my report she told about 3 points which I should have done rightly, then I required her to return it back, and after I sent her for the second time, some other mistakes come out.
I am ashamed that I didn't do it rightly for one time. I must make great effort for it.
