Title: Project Manager

Tasks:
 Manage all control and rework for automotive suppliers in North China
 Managing critical quality problem at OEMs, lead team to set up on-line support at OEMs, and monitor supplier process and set up firewall at supplier plant
 Manage and coordinate international project within group
 Assist customer to draft control plan and implement for PPAP parts
 For Supplier’s critical quality problem, help and Supervise root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action and verification of effectiveness
 Manage customer service project for OEMs and tire1 suppliers
 Audit and evaluate Supplier process quality capability for new project and corrective action follow up
 8D Report and Follow up

Requirements
 More that 5years working experience in automotive industry, and good knowledge on quality control.
 Good written and verbal English skill.
 Lead Job11 team(engineers, supervisors and inspectors), Flexible manpower arrangement based on project situation.
 Weekly Job11 projects overview
 Customer complain management
 Strong communication skill
 Experienced skill on Excel, Powerpoint reports.
 Hard work, can travel frequently and ready for urgently business travel
