Q1 Pls design a table to track customer complaint cases. u may identified your own criterion and parameters to be tracked.

Q2 Explain what is quality and list down the criterion to achive good quality as you think.

Q3 Assume that u r a leader of quality control dept. ,pls list down what is your vision and tasks to the team?
