our state corporation have a huge diatance compare with those foreign capital.
these "ISO/QS" certificate are only their camouflage .
they just use them to deceive their customer.
in fact ,how many and whom are genuine do some work to improve their quality???
these manager in state corporation ,they are shortsighted,and don't understand quality is top-drawer if you want to bring your dollar!!
It seem have some amelioration in these year!
Don't you know many state corporation have disorganized???!!
