Hi,"shoot a breeze" is american slang,it means:chew the fat or chat casually,if you really want to improve english level,I am looking forward to contacting with you , I will go the whole hog for this.Surely,I know clearly there must be many experts who are good at english,I also don't want to display my slight skills in front of them and exaggerate how powerful I am on this line,I just think ,as a quality administrator,if he/she is good at speaking one of forign languages,it would be better.
