人工汗测试方法
检验方法及条件：
按行标QB/T1901.2-93，将按键悬挂在试验容器中，试验持续时间不小于24小时，试验温度为40±2℃。人工汗配方：氯化钠（Nacl）20g/L；氯化氨（NH4CL）17.5g/L；尿素（CH4N2O）5g/L；醋酸（CH3COOH）2.5g/L；乳酸（C3H6O3）15g/L；再加入氢氧化钠NaOH，直到溶液PH值达到4.7。
检验标准：
试验完毕后用水进行冲洗，再用干布擦拭后观察镀层表面应无掉色、脱落、生锈等不良现象则判合格。

8.3.8.1. Scope
The purpose of this method is to obtain a measure for the resistance of paint systems to various types of chemicals. The method is suitable for all paint systems applied to test specimens or flat products. Slightly bent painted products may also be tested using this method.
8.3.8.2. Principle
Rubbing test:
Chemicals are soaked in white wool felt and rubbed on paint coatings, and (color) changes of the felt and the coating surface are checked.
Spot test:
Chemicals are soaked in wads, tissue or filter paper and placed on paint coatings and (color and gloss) changes of the coating surface are checked. The spot test is performed either open (making drying possible) or closed.
