ECHA 拟出台第二批需授权物质清单
ECHA draws up the second list of authorization subatances
2011 年7 月27 日，欧盟向WTO 秘书处通报，拟修订REACH 法规附件XIV，拟将8 种SVHC 列入REACH
附件XIV。这8 种物质如表1 所示。公众评议日期为发布之日起60 日。该通报拟于2012 年2 生效。
European Union circulated a notice to WTO that aims at amending Annex XIV of the REACH Regulationn in July
27,2011. The draft proposes to include eight additional substances below in table-1. This notice announces the
beginning of a 60-day public comment period.This Regulation shall enter into force in February, 2012.
