Gage R&R 求助
目的： 通过对我们的产品上使用的LCD panel的亮度和色温的测量，来衡量测量系统是否能够满足测试要求；
条件：选择了13个sample, 2个操作员,分别对亮度和色温重复测试2次。亮度和色温都是单边公差：亮度>350;色温>6800;
求助：由于是单边公差，我在MINTAB里无法输入Process tolerance,因此就没输，但是我不确定这样做得到的结果是否有效？

1.先確認下測量參數真的是單邊公差嗎？亮度和色溫按照道理應當是望目參數；
2.Total G R&R很高，主要反映在重複性上，考慮一下是不是測量的儀器是不是符合要求&標準統一？
3.MSA不合格是要從人、機、料、法、環幾個方面去分析；
4.建議用Minitab 15版
