-yes, it is no problem. For cost down, it will be better in Feb of March 2011 with the ISO9000 annual audit together.
This action can reduce about 1,500RMB, which is the travelling & hotel fee of DNV's auditor.

[]what is required from an investment point of view[/]

-some Escape indicators are needed;
--investment for danger hazardous waste transfer.
-investment for environment test of the 3rd part is needed, such as: waste water, gas, noise & dust...
-some action need be taken, in order to prevent pollution of soil, once the danger chemical leaking such as TDI, MDI...

Jack have done some items; I think Jack will do it well in future.

the followed trainings are need:
-ISO14000 presentation
-indentify the law and regulations
-indentify environmental factors each of department
-document & records preparation
-environment objective setting
-internal audit...

-I am seeking the training orgnisation with Jack together now. the cost should be less than 20,000RMB.
-the fee for DNV's certificate & cost is 3,5000RMB including the registration fee, certificate fee (2 English & 1 Chinese) and traveling or other fee.
Once getting the formal contract from DNV, I will submit it to you for approval.
