Attached each month you send a folder that is not part of the monthly data.
应该是： attached a folder （将a folder提前，会好理解） each month you send （也就是每个月你发送的folder）.
其实这里，attached a folder 也是不对的，应该是a folder attached, 或者attaching a folder, 因为attached是被动时态，应该是a folder被attached了，或者说直接就attaching a folder.
you send each month, 因为是经常性的（each month）, 所以就不用过去时态。
a folder 因为是每个月都发送的（即是很多），而且是特定的，最好用the folders或者是直接folders。

that is not part of the monthly data. 应该是有语病的。因为，将前面的attached...当成是主语从句，后面就应该直接接谓语，但是这里多了一个that。 如果去掉that，句子就通顺了， The folders attached (that/which) you send each month are not part of the monthly data.

或者说将that is not part of the monthly data看成是修饰a folder，即看成是定语从句。但是前面的那些也要重新写才可以。

This was attached by mistake. Please delete this from you monthly report. 第二句应该就好理解，就不用解释了。

不过上面第一句话的整个重新写是基于意思“每个月你发的文件都不是我要的月报表”，如果不是这个意思，那就不对了。
