质量成本的问题
检测设备的花费到底算不算质量成本呢？如果算的话，是哪一类呢？
在CQE P41上面应该是归入了appraisal cost，但是为什么我在做质量工程师国际注册考试新概念 的真题中说不归入质量成本呢？搞不懂

Depreciation of measuring equipment could be counted as an appraisal quality cost. Whether or not one does this is up to their own operational definition of what breadth & depth they want to include in quality costs.
I think it is a good explanation. Perhaps we should add note if we face such problems in CQE test.
