包装材料有RoHS要求吗?

某客户的问卷调查表中有这样一句话:
Do you have a procedure for reporting to customer when supplied items including products, materials, packing materials and components are not complied to RoHS?

偶猜想packing materials是指PE袋、泡棉、纸盒子之类的东东， 不知道偶理解得对不对？

客户是不是在讲PE袋、泡棉、纸盒子之类的东东要符合RoHS要求啊？

有公司这么要求吗?
