请教关于lack of fit 中F ratio和p value的问题，谢谢！

我最近发了一篇文章，但是审稿人要求我做lack of fit，我查了一些资料，好像就是测F ratio和p value。
但是第二个问题我不知道应该怎样回答，麻烦各位老师帮我解释一下，谢谢！

If the calibration functions were established by replicates of the concentration levels, the lack-of-fit test should be applied to study the linearity of the functions.
2.
By applying the null hypothesis, are the intercepts significant?
