生产过程控制不是完全有效
OBJECTIVE EVIDENCE客观证据:
The temperature 249±5 centigrade in injecting work station requirement to control plan of product: “398320-2110”,Actual audit on site found the temperature is 230 centigrade on Oct.26,2015.
产品“398320-2110”注塑工序控制计划要求温度是249±5度,但2015年10月26日现场审核发现温度是230度.
IF THIS IS A MINOR NCR, THEN PLEASE JUSTIFY WHY THIS SHOULD NOT BE GRADED AS A MAJOR NCR如果是轻微不符合项，请说明为何不是一个严重不符合项
