1. Establishment of inspection instruction and test procedures to assure the launched projects achieve the quality objectives
2. Lead team to improve product quality3. Train and instruct the quality engineer to follow the procedure which according to ISO requirement.
3. Defect reason analysis from supplier, production line and customer feedback, follow up the related solution
4. Check the quality requirements of new product prepared by quality engineer.
5. Check the test equipment specification prepared by quality engineer.
6. Lead the products auditing test application/communication/type test/ factory auditing
7. Analyze the product quality situation and provide the report to related department, continue to improve the product quality.
8. Check the report for defective product from customer complaintRequirements:
9. University degree in relevant field
10. More than 3 years' experiences in Electronic (product/process/supplier quality control).
11. Excellent oral and written English skills
12. Proficient computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio
13. Good communication skills.
14. Good analysis ability.
15. Understanding/knowledge of ISO
16. Good understanding/knowledge of component manufacturing process, product function and usage in end user.
17. Good team working ability
