B: How should I prepare for the interview?

I am tommy , the cat in the <<Jerry and Tommy>> , and my Chinese name is Zhang Jiandong . I was graduated from school seven years ago. Now I am working in a assembly factory, his name is GAPT and it’s belong to ASE group . In company , my position is the ABE process manager , and my responsibility are to improvement the yield of the assembly major , I also need to solve the sudden case in the production line , handle the customer complain and phase in the new process . And I incharge the station as: Marking , Ball Mount , Singulation , DD and Forming , FVI and SMT . I had stay this company about three years , Before it , I had worked in the SMT field about 2 years . So I had the skill of the SMT and Assembly , Which are the 2 major business in the electric field , except the Fabrication , But I also have the knowledge of the fab , because I am study the micro-electron in the FuDan University , which refer to the fabrication technical major . Beside, I also had the skill of the SPC , FMEA , DOE and , Yes , I even trained the 6 sigma course , grasp the skill of the DMAIC , the analysis way for the problem. By these , I solve the issue of the sn bridge in the SIP package , and phase in the lead-free process and solve the problem of the missing ball for the lead-free product og the BGA . Certainly , I need more to study because it is a challenge word .
