[讨论]How to understand "玩政治"?

Please note QM cannot stop any shipment, it is MRB's main responsiability, at least in my co.

Also I guess u often play politics when u handle everything.... right?
(Forgive me since I think your message should not simulated by new comer or junior QC staff... We should do everything per noraml procedure, playing politics is not good. Pls comment)

但是这个贴子是人家遇到具体难题了呀,不是讨论应该怎样做事,而是她要是不采取些手段她都感到混不下去了,先站住再说, 另一方面既然人家已经是质量部经理,要是没有点政治手腕,也混不到那份上啊,所以有新去的经理,没有不会玩政治的经理呀.

玩所谓的"政治",其实也就是人际沟通的一个方面,这是所有经理或负责人需要在日常工作面对和处理的事情!这也是一个人的能力之一!:D
