某公司招聘要求（中英对照）：
(Senior) SQE Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
· To establish, maintain and monitor a supplier quality control system in qualification, continuous improvement and quality performance rating to ensure incoming quality control;
· To assist IQC on technical support for the receiving inspection;
· Conduit supplier survey, plant audit and supplier qualification;
· Drive and co-ordinate quality issue related to supplier problem with purchasing, IQC engineering and supplier;
· Formulate and prepare department's report pertaining supplier quality performance;
· Provide support and assistant in quality related issue and problem solving;
General requirements
· Bachelor Degree holder, major in mechanical, electronic related is preferred;
· At least 3 years or above solid experience in supplier management field;
· Possesses above 5 years related experience in which 1 or 2 years as supervisor role if apply the senior level;
· Be familiar with the quality tools such as the five manuals of QS9000 and TS16949;
· Excellent communication skills with good English ability, verbal English is a must;
· A team player with clear mind;
(高级)供应商管理工程师
工作职责:
· 建立供应商品质控制系统并且对其维护和监督，通过辅导供应商对来料质量进行持续改善；
· 通过提供技术支持来扶助IQC的来料检验工作；
· 主持供应商资质审核工作；
· 与采购、IQC一起解决供应商来料不良引发的问题；
· 对来料品质相关问题提供可靠支持；
职位要求:
· 大学本科学历，主修机械、电子相关专业；
· 3年或以上电子厂供应商管理相关经验；
· 如应聘资深级别工程师需具有5年以上相关经验，其中有1至2年管理经验为佳；
· 熟悉QS9000五大手册以及TS16949等相关品质工具；
· 优秀的沟通能力，英语口语流利；
· 具有团队精神，思维敏捷；
