call the foreignor ------ 11/15

there is something wrong with the device in the product line today. there is not a vendor's label on the package, so that we can't track some information. we are afraid of making some mistake, so need confirm with the vendor immidiately.
i sent a mail to the person we always contact to. but tnere is no response. so i called him directly. and told him we need some information of their device. although my English is poor, the vendor understand me at last. and send me the information quickly. from now on, i will communicate with the vendor by phone frequently, just practise my english......
