Yesterday, I had gone on a business trip to Shenzhen for a communication with XX superior, which leaded to that I haven’t enough time to write a diary yesterday. Today, I want to share with the experience I have gained when I was on a business trip.
Recently, our customer recommended three superiors for our company and made us select one of them as my company superior to design and product for their needs. My supervisor thinks that the customer wanted us to work as the third-party company to help for the product quality control, the QM department will play an important role in the process. So before the cooperation with them, we need to know about their product control plan, such as APQP documents, test items, OQA test and so on.
When I arrived at their company, the quality manager invited me to visit the production line first, then introduced what functions their products cover for us.
For their company, I think it is lacking of testing experience and technology, it will be a good company if they can improve from this. To my surprise, there are many trees near the dorm, each employee should take turns to look after the trees. I very appreciate for their way to cultural construction, which is our company need to learn from.
