Today Ajay ask me to provide the Quality Control Plan of Mysentry Project. This project is not a new project, for it had several trials from 2008. But there is not a QCP for this project. I need to prepare it. When I see the Email, i start to prepare it. It is strange that one project only has one QCP. In Nypro, every part with every process has it own control plan. And the format is not so good, many blanks have to fill N/A.My boss ask me to follow the actual practice when preparing the QCP.Ajay call me at 4pm. He is speaking in English. At first, I say hello to him in Chinese. He ask me when can i send him the QCP, I promise to send him before 5pm.After sending the QCP, I find two mistakes in it: put the wrong responsible PME name, and miss the In-process inspection. But I do not recall the Email. I want to wait for the feedback from customer and then update it.
