Jerry Shen graduated from Jiao-Tong University majoring in Bio-medical electronics engineering. After having worked for Shanghai Ultrasonic Instrument Company as an electronic engineer for two years, he went to Japan to study Japanese and Japanese Culture. Through the next ten years, Jerry Shen accumulates abundant work experiences in Japan and the United States. He worked for Sansera Co. as Project manager and Nikken Trading Co. as sales manager in Japan. He also worked for Hitachi (USA) as an IT manager, and Online City Inc and Sitira.com as sales director in the United States.
Through his ten years of managing experience in Japanese, American and Chinese companies, Jerry Shen developed very practical sets of knowledgement and skills for managing and leading staffs in different type of the organizations. As a certified trainer for EMKT Consulting, that managerial experience makes him outstanding in facilitating, communicating, and coaching managers to apply the concept, knowledgement and skills of the management and leadership they have learned in their reality.
