总部要求采购在我厂附近找个厂商裁切型材.而此型材粗大的很,也很贵重;采购找了很久,还是没人敢接.我们工厂有三个项目组,型材是其中一个项目组的,我们叫ADP;另一个项目组叫DS,他们有一台裁切型材的锯;但也不够大,于是无奈下,采购请DS cut试一试,于是DS做了一个裁切的试验;实验裁切了两次,结果呢,第一次失败,第二次成功.因采购要求,我写份报告记录反映状况:我们可以自己裁切,但风险很大,如果没有其他好办法,所以要准备一些备用型材,降低出货风险.(当然是用English的) 下面是我的Email,再下面是my boss email. It is possible for us to cut the profile,but we have to take some risk.1.We must control the profile stableness during turnning around the profile.Because the profile is so big,and the cut is small.We must cut it in several times. 2.ADP guys have no experience of cutting so big profiles.3.The profile quantity is just same to our delivery requirement.If we cut one piece NG and it maybe be scraped, we will be short of one piece.Which will trouble our delivery.
If we can't find any other better way,we need prepare some buffer profiles.
