Quality manager daily work for 12-26

The busy day has passed, there are 2 meetings at this morning, I didn't realized after busy what to do? From these days I deeply go through workshop for flash audit.Top management visit for internal audit, I am the management representative for the QMS. The question are very simple. Because I usually answer such question.I help my friend to translate the article, it's my routine work use the information. I am very unhappy for the shift leader send the E-mail for everybody, include my boss. Because they didn't transfer the truth information for them. I must hardly explain the truth for my boss. There is Kanban publish meeting, our CI team had visit a famous company which one is good at kanban management. it's a different industry, so the different management style. the pull management system is not suit us also. I didn't understand why they will implement the Kanban system. because we have a ERP system for management the materiel and the information stream. Maybe I am out. I am not busy today, so I will learn English for rest time.
