Confused about the future, I and my colleagues do nothing jobs in the selling period.
I want to write something and say something. Thinking twice, I talk about quality management too.In a small Chinese factory,how do we control quality?
I have two key suppliers.Both of them are private personal company.One code is 026,another code is 054.
026 belongs to a local residenter.After twice moving factory, the boss obtained a lot of moving compensation and got a big area for new company. 026 has enough money to update its factory house. Of couse, the boss is wise and hiring a professional guy as its general manager who worked in a mutinational company.Indeed 026 management and quality go up a new stage,which abtracts some costumers. The quality of 026 products is close to foreign requirements. So it begins to do contract check and focuses its resourse to serve for big customers.By the way,mine is small costmer.
054 belongs to a out-comer.Though the boss is very diligent, the factory still is slow developing. The house is rented. Since the boss education background is not good enough,the factory is still staying at a rough stage.Products quality is not stable.No matter how to require and instruct in advance, it always makes some problems when mass production.Several years past, the factory is still a small and rough one.
How to do quality control for such two factories?
