It was a normal English class.Zhang sir asked us to give our view about buy a house or rent one.As uaual I keep silence!I have no courage to speak out my opinion.Here is a stage to show myself.
About this topic, my point is to buy a house if you have 2 million.
There are three reasons to support my view.The first one ,although the price of house is very high, but there still have space to increase.The second one, the stock market is noneffective in china, so there is no other good invest product to replace buy a house.The third one , as traditional culture, house means family.
So if you have money, to buy a house is perfect choice.
Enough preparation will give you confidence!
