How to deal with the conflict between technic and inspector

Case:
Inspector has a report that the product has a defect. Then inspector inform. the technic this situation. technic take the products with defect to recheck. After examination by technic lab, they do not find the defect in the product take from inspector . So they think this batch is good. The inspect result is different between technic with inspector, so there is conflict in that two persons.
Then the inspector call you to deal with this case, You are the PE, How are you to solve this case?
At first, the result is different, the technic will doubt the test result by inspector but inspector is still believe that the test result is real and availabe, they never change the test report. So they will be confilct in diction and feeling.
Firs of all, you must fix that you can't take part in the dispute that the result whether right or not. The dispute con't help to solve this problem.
Your attitude must no be positive and negative. You just to do is check the problem and found the root casue produce this problem. Then jude the problem whether is exist or not. if the result is good then release the batch. If not, you must have to take the immediate action to deal with the batch . Then you have to call the related division to analyse the problem and take the correct and prevent action to prevent the problem happen again.
技术部门经过对PQA抽样有问题的样品进行复检并未出现检查报告中出现的问题,技术部门对报告肯定回产生怀疑,而PQA不会无缘无故的出现这样报告,肯定当时的检查发生了这样的问题,因为对产品的经验不够,并未在做一些重复的检查已排除一些偶然因素,同时也惧怕承担责任所以会在报告上体现.所以双方都没有问题,只是在认识上并不统一.
解决这样的问题,肯定在现场,技术部门已经和检验员有一定的口角之争,而且没有结果所以检验员才会叫质量工程师出来,他们肯定希望你是站在他这一边,因为怎么说你们是同一部门.
这时你到了现场你不应该掺和到他们的争吵中去,这对解决问题于事无补.具体就是你到现场你不应多说废话,而且在言语和态度上绝对不能出现偏向. 这个时候关键就要求你的心态里不能因为个人感情而在心中预先出现判定,否则很容易在现场的判断中,言语出现偏向,阻碍事情的解决. 这个时候要解决的是质量问题而不是个人的对错问题,不能把问题的方向和本质搞错了.
你要做的是对这个不合格情况进行分析,具体的就是对产品的分析,有一个大概的情况,然后在与PQA检测的仪器上进行同样的复检,已确定情况是否属实,
如果复检结果是同样的问题,就要采取立即措施对产品进行处理,而且分析出原因后进行纠正预防措施一避免同样的问题再次发生.
如果复检的结果是好的,则记录相应的复检结果,而后进行放行.同时应切记不同在这个时候指责检验员而打击其工作积极性.但可建议检验员在遇到同样问题是可采取多复检几次,已排除偶然因素问题.
保持中立的心态,公平公正的处理问题是一个质量工程师应有的准则. 质量工程师应该做的是发现问题,并确认问题的原因,而后进行相应的改进和纠正预防.
