work record: never put off till tomorrow -----11/8

A: last Thuresday, the vendor asked me for the defect information, i haven't update it for a long time exceeding one month. so i need clear up it today. my header is an amiable man, never too rigorous. so i often put off my work till tomorrow and tomorrow. that is a bad habit.
i spend 4 hours on data processing, finally i sent out the report at 17:30. thinking earnestly, if i do it every week, it just cost my half hour one week. totally need 3 hours. in addition, i won't feel terrible to do that.
from now on, get rid of this bad habit, moving forward.......
B: So relaxed Work Environment that i always don't want to work hard.
