My first project

天气: 晴朗心情: 高兴 Before I was assigned the project formaly about ten days before BB training, I had imagined what difficulty I would meet in the future. For most of BB project has been deployed in engineering or other department for long time use other method such as SGA. Right now, a BB is assigned to reponsible for the project, most of engineers will think we are challenging their work and BB will get the result what they did before.
So It will be big challenging for me how to convince engnieering team we are there for help instead of sharing result. So I told them my role is project coordinator and data analyzer, I am not project manager even not project leader. every team member contribute in one of aspect of the project. We will has only one process engnieer who is responsible for the process, providing raw data, and process technical issue, one equipment engineer will be responsible for equipment technincal issue, one production supervisor will be responsible for execution, one QC member will be responsible for quality control, and a maitenance supervisor will be responsibel for techincal real time execution.
Why I was assigned to the project is that we expect use different way to try the project, the project will go through DMAIC step by step so that we may make the result more perfect.
