Duty：职位描述：
1. Pre-Shipment Inspection for hardware products according to inspection sheet and drawing requirements;依据相关检验指导书/图纸进行产品终检。
2. If needed, During-Production Inspection on site to ensure the quality;如果公司需要，在厂进行生产中检验以确保质量合乎公司要求。
3. The inspection report should be finished within the same day;根据验货情况，当天完成验货报告。
4. Report the problem found during inspection and suggest the improvement;对检验中发生的问题及时汇报并给出改进建议。
5. If needed, follow-up the improvement actions from supplier like material, process, construction improvement etc.;如有需要，对工厂承诺的改进方案（如材料，流程，产品结构改进等）进行跟踪及检验。
6. Monthly summary of the inspection for assisting company to assess the suppliers and product quality;每月对检验数据进行汇总、统计以协助公司对供应商及产品质量进行评估。
7. Any other task assignment if company need;其他工作安排，如果公司需要。
 
Requirement：任职资格：
1. A holder of college degree or above. Majored in mechanical is a plus;专或以上学历，工科背景，机械学专业优先。
2. At least 3-year experience of inspection on hardware products. Experience on slider, hinge products is preferred;3年或以上五金产品验货经验，有铰链、滑轨产品经验优先。
3. Related measurement gauge and device, knowledge of drawing reading;熟练使用常用测量器具，阅读机械图纸
4. Able to complete the reports on your own;可独立完成报告。
5. Good command on written English, and familiar with MS Office;英文读写流利，熟悉使用MS Office软件。
6. Honest and have a strong sense of ethics;诚实可靠、道德观念强。
7. Able to work under pressure and travel frequently;可于压力下工作、可频繁出差。
8. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;具良好的沟通技巧和团队精神。
