招聘要求

Job Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall Lean leadership and simplification to all areas of factory operations
- Define the key value streams that will have the greatest impact on operations.
- Work with ME engineer to develop strategic deployment planning as well as specific goals and priorities that drive lean principles and concept across the business.
- Serve as a change leader by influencing, communicating and institutionalizing a lean culture of simplification and standardization
- Coach production/Engineering Leaders and factory leadership in the use of Lean tools to drive significant operation results.
- Conduct regular value stream reviews with ME engineers to assure the team drives significant and measurable operation impact.
- Drive to execute all identified Kaizen opportunities and achieve the annual VEP saving.
- Seek, share and implement best practices.
- Help some engineers and supervisors to finish the problem solving by application of following lean tools and provide some lean trainings monthly,
 FMEA ( help to Engineering)
 Value stream mapping, ( help to VE )
 Standard work (help to all dept.)
 Mistake proofing poka-yoke (help to fixture design)
 5S visual management ( help to production shop)
 TPM Equipment reliability ( help to production shop)
 Level mix model production ( help to production shop)
 Kanban demand Pull (help to all dept.)
 SMED quick changeover ( help to production shop , cnc turning / milling , grinding/ drilling )
