B. 技术要求 (Technical Requirements)
1. 检具制造精度
Accuracy of the checking fixture build
1.1定位点位置精度 ±0.1mm,
Position accuracy of datum point ±0.1mm
1.2线/面轮廓度精度 ± 0.15mm,
Trim line & surface accuracy of profile ±0.15mm
1.3检测孔/销位置精度 ±0.15mm,
Position accuracy of holes or pins check ±0.15mm

2.1 定位基准Datums
2.1.1 面定位控制上下方向
Datum surface control up and down direction(H)
2.1.2 孔定位控制前后方向
Datum holes control front and after direction(T)
2.1.3 孔定位控制左右方向
Datum hole control cross car direction(L)
2.1.4 产品在面定位处须用外力夹紧。
Use a force press part on datums surface is necessary.
2.1.5 夹紧器要稳定可靠,夹紧方向按定位面法线方向。
The clamps should be stable, the clamping force should be in normal direction to the support surface.
2.1.6 产品按装车位置以90度为增量翻转卧置。
Part position on checking fixture in 90 degree increments should be used when deviating from car body position.
2.2 需检测5个孔位置度。
To check 5 Holes position is necessary.
2.3 需检测周边和内腔轮廓的间隙/段差。
To check gap & flush of outside and inside trim surface is necessary.

5.检具的操作应方便。
Checking fixture use should be operated easily.
6.在检具底板上须装有三个基准球或孔,并标识汽车坐标位置,供三坐标建坐标系之用。每个工具球需加保护装置。
Three tooling balls or bushs must install on the fixture top-base& mark with car coordinate location for set start point of CMM’s coordinate. Each Protecting device for tooling ball is necessarily.
  1. 检具的测量须在 2500×1300×1000的三坐标测量范围内。
The measuring range of CMM is 2500×1300×1100 mm. The fixture must be able to use at this range.
  1. 底板下设有铲脚位让铲车铲齿能够进入。底板上应设有4个吊环。
The back base should have open space for lift forks go in. The top base should have 4 lift rings.
  1. 定位球、基准、模拟块、检验销等按车身坐标进行标识。
The tooling balls, datums, contour blocks, check pins etc, must be connected with the Car Coordinate System.
  1. 标牌采用铝制,标注制造地、编号、图号、使用厂名,检具的重量及尺寸。
The fixture with an aluminums Brand, mark with manufacturer, serial number, drawing No.,user name, weight, dimensions.
  1. 定位面,定位销,夹紧顺序,孔位测量销,模拟块偏置值及公差需有标识。
Each datum, location pins , the number of the clamp sequence, check pin’s name, the value of gap and tolerance need mark on checking fixture.
  1. 检具需在安装产品后用三坐标进行重复性、再现性研究,重复性再现性R&R须符合QS9000/MSA测量系统分析(均值和极差法)第三版标准。
The checking fixture must be measured on CMM after installing IP ASM. part. The R&R% should conform to the standard of QS9000/MSA v3.0(the average and range method).
  1. 提供一把缝隙尺以检测产品与模拟块的间隙。
Provide a taper plug gauge for all contour blocks gap measuring.
  1. 未提到的要求按YFV检具标准。
Rest requirements according to YFV standard.

C. 文件 ( Documents )
1. 供应商提供的文件:
Documents provided by the supplier to the buyer:
1.1 一套最终的2D设计图纸。
One set of final design 2D drawing (incl. main views, isometric views, detail of all location points & contour block).
1.2一套检具设计UG 或IGES格式的3D CAD数据。
One set of 3D CAD mathdata at UG or IGES format
1.3一套完整的三坐标精度测量报告。
One complete set of CMM measuring report.
1.4一套完整的R&R报告。
One complete set of R&R report.
1.5一套带图示的操作指导书。
One set of operator manual with diagram.
1.6 所有文件均使用英文。
All the documents must be in English.

D. 验收 ( Acceptance )
1. 设计确认: 合同签定后供应商必须向甲方提供设计图(包含带工件的定位剖面图)(电子版UG或CATIA格式),
2. 制造预验收:甲方派技术人员到检具供应商处进行预验收,检具供应商安排测量设备及操作人员
Manufacturing pre-acceptance: The buyer will arrange engineers to the supplier for pre-acceptance, the supplier should arrange measuring equipment & operator.
2.1 检具供应商提供自检报告,R&R报告,操作指导书,检具设计图及CAD资料。甲方现场随机抽测关键尺寸及制造精度,并对检具上的所有配置进行检查。
The supplier should offer fixture certificate report, R&R report and operator manual. During the pre-acceptance, the buyer can according to this certificate check any location point or contour block freely & check all elements in the checking fixture.
2.2 由于设计原因,检具预验收功能试验中的缺陷应由检具供应商即刻解决。
During the pre-acceptance, any change are necessarily needed due to the defect of design according to the function test, the supplier should solute immediately.
2.3 乙方帮助甲方安排住宿及当地交通,住宿费用由甲方承担,
The supplier will arrange the hotel and local transportation for the buyer, the lodging charge paid by the buyer.
  1. 最终验收:在甲方公司工作现场,检具供应商派一名工程师负责安装验收, 甲方提供验收设备及人员配合。验收后甲方提供验收报告。
The final acceptance will be done at the buyer factory in Shanghai city, China. The supplier will arrange one engineer to the location for installation and adjustment. The buyer will provide the CMM and operator. After finishing final acceptance, the buyer offer final acceptance report.

E. 保修期 ( Warranty )
本项目的保修期为最终验收后一年(12个月),在正常使用情况及频次下发生属于检具供应商责任造成的变形超差,由检具供应商负责解决并承担全部费用,并保证检具精度不发生变化。在检具和测量支架供货后,如果由于设计、材料、结构等缺陷而必须进行修正,其费用由检具供应商负责。如属甲方公司保管、使用不当造成的检具损坏,检具供应商应积极配合甲方公司给予修复,费用由甲方公司负担。
This project warranty period is one year (12 months) after final acceptance. In proper & normal frequency condition using, if any deformation of fixture should be responsible by the supplier, the supplier ought to solve and pay for all fee. And insure precision of the checking fixture do not change. In case of the defect of design, material and structure, the supplier must correct and pay for it. If checking fixture damage is made by storage or use incorrectly, the supplier ought to fix the fixture actively, but all fee should pay by the buyer.

F. 进度(Timing)
1.在定货三周后由检具供应商完成检具的全部设计工作。并将设计图纸及相关的资料交给甲方。
Three weeks after order, the supplier finish design of fixture, then sent back the design drawing and related data to the buyer.
  1. 检具供应商须确保在××月1日前完成制造及预验收。
The supplier should finish and verify the checking fixture for the buyer's 1st tryout parts' CMM measuring before ×××
.
