Anqing Anhuang Automobile Parts & Accessories Co. Ltd. (Anhuang Co. Ltd. for short) is a Company established in 1969 for the production of leaf-springs.
In 1995 the German Beche Company jointed venture with Anuhuang Co. Ltd. (25% was holded by Beche) and then Anqing Beche Precision Forging was established for the production of knuckles, Gears, Rods.
In 2002 Huarong Property Management Company jointed venture with the original Anqing Automobile Leaf-spring plant (Huarong holding 54.19%) to establish the nowadays Anhuang Co. Ltd.
The Anhuang Co. Ltd. today have around 880 employees and 4 main production units in the hinterland of Anqing:
 Heavy Truck leaf-springs, with 140 employees
 Anqing Leaf-Springs and torsion bars, subject of the visit, with 426 employees
 Anqing Beche Precision Forging with 160 employees
 Automobile Manufacturer Company with 160 employees

Total asset value: in 2003 190 millions of RMB; in 2004 220 million of RMB

o The handling of the storage, the stocking and the destoking need improvement in terms of layout, product location and product identification in order to be able to properly identify the allocation of the bars and of the billet size wise, alloy wise, heat number and incoming date wise
o The pick up shall be organised according to FIFO criteria and in sequential manner, by the use of a computer system
