Main Responsibilities：
1. Quality control and risk identification during the project developing.
2. Organizing the quality conference.
3. Quality training for operator and QC during the operation process.
4. Carrying out Q-GATE system and writing quality assurance document.
5. Propelling and controlling experiments.
6. Quality supporting, training and document handover at the factory after the project transferred.
7. Planning the measurement system.
8. Taking participation in the internal process audit and judging quality evaluation.
9. Judging and analyzing product quality; checking the countermeasures; Monitoring the quality target.

Qualification：

1. Bachelor degree in engineering or science;
2. 8 years experience in automotive quality assurance, project quality assurance experience is preferred;
3. Fluent English in communication with foreigners;
4. Aggressive, sense of responsibility, good team player.
