我先谈谈我的理解：
下面的招聘要求比较繁多，有一点是最重要的：主要是需要经常与欧洲经常开视频会议，所以英语要能够交流。对于声学要了解较深，不然过程改善时很比较麻烦的。如果做过项目的就更好了，GB啊，BB啊会受欢迎的。福利还可以，应该有机会参加很多的外地培训，象北京啊，欧洲啊。

Responsibilities:
-Work as a process engineer for headset
-Participate in the concurrent engineering in new product development.
-Lead trial building of product in developing (Including process development, fixture design and mfg,efficiency improvement etc)
-In charge of process control and continues improvement in mass production of assembling
-Training operators technically transfer new design from Austria into production at subcontractor communication bridge between subcontractor and Austria in technical side

Requirement:
-University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
-Min. 3 years as process engineer in mass production assembly fields, manual headphone assembling experience is prefer
-Knowledge on quality tools like „The 7 Tools“, DOE, FMEA, control plan, problem solution
-Powerful communication with different cultural backgrounds
-Good English
