--A good knowledge of ISO9000,QS9000,TS16949,VDA6 quality management system.
--A good knowledge of statistics,Good sensitivity of the data of manufacturing processes,and have the ability to analyse and distinguish the manufacturing processes data.
--A good knowledge of most quality technique,method and standard.(i.e. QFD,SPC,MSA,DOE,DFMEA,PFMEA,Control Plan,8D,Poka Yoke)，have the ability to plan,do,check and act these methods and procedures.
--A good understanding of design for six sigma and breakthough for six sigma, have the ability to assist to create six sigma organization,manage and carry out of the six sigma system.
--The ability to lead project team,leading new production design and development project.
--A good understanding of the relativity for the special characteristics,process procedure,control plan,PFMEA, operator instruction and check instruction. Have the ability to lead cross function teams to plan and carry out these instructions and standards.
