以下是质量与技术之间的一封邮件，起因是新产品上线生产的时候，技术部经理在产线发现了2个不良品。
请大家发表下自己的看法，谢谢！XXX是QE，ZZZ是QM,YYY是RD manager

Thanks for your information!

We already finished our SIP as attached but published recently, we will improve that to ensure every document be ready and publish in time before mass production.

Speaking of below situation, the failed products which you found would be re-inspected before packed, there is an operator to inspect the product (such as cosmetic, accessories….)

Plus, our QC’s job is routing inspection, they shall take care of the whole line from the beginning to the end.

BTW, we will revise all the documents according to the issue revealed in the trial mass production, thanks!

Please can you reply when the inspection instructions can be ready for the on line QA guys?



I hope you could spend some time to check if on line QA is really checking the products.



I stayed in one line yesterday and found 2pcs failed products would be regarded as good products to be packed in 5 minutes.



We are very concerned the product quality of this order. Please pay high attention! Thanks.


再更新一下：
技术部（兼职PM）开总结会议时候，类似零件装配浮高不良等问题点的，owner是QE，而不是生产线。
当时QE强烈抗议，后来将生产经理加上去了，他们的意思是技术对应质量，产线质量问题就是因为QA没有管控好~~

不就发现了二个不良品了吗，何必几者这么来来回回的叽歪，有必要吗？
正如QE所言QC是巡检，又不是全检，哪能100%保证
