POSITION TITLE:（Sr.）Black Belt
REPORT TO: AP MBB
NUMBER OF DIRECT REPORTS: 0
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
 Leading and achieving strategic importance LSS projects
 Coaching Green Belt on DMAIC and Kaizen Projects
 Deliver SCORE / RAT and YB (JDI) training
 Supporting Sponsor on maintaining a healthy Project Pipeline
 Spreading LSS culture at XXX
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
 More than 5-year-experience in Lean Six Sigma profession
 More than 3-year-experience as full-time Black Belt
 Achieved at least 6 Black Belt Projects
 Coached at least 30 YB/GB Projects
 Certified Black Belt by Fortune 500 Companies
 MBB preferred
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
 Bachelor Degree is required
 MBA preferred
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
 LSS related Training, Coaching, Mentoring Skill
 Strong Communication Skill
 Minitab or JMP Application Skill
 Strong Learning Skill
 Fluent English

- 已知一批产品的合格率为a, 从该批共 N个产品中抽取n个, 恰好抽到k个不合格品的概率是多少？k<= (N*a) & k<=n
- 为验证测量系统的可用性, 工程师从正常的流程中抽取样品进行测量系统分析得Gage R&R % (P/SV) = A ; P/T =B

 More than 5-year-experience in Lean Six Sigma profession --撑死算也只有4年半
 More than 3-year-experience as full-time Black Belt -- 顶多算2年
 Achieved at least 6 Black Belt Projects -- 2个,不够
 Coached at least 30 YB/GB Projects -- 20+，还是不够，辅导一个黑带能顶10个就够了
 Certified Black Belt by Fortune 500 Companies -- 对不起，我不是500强出来的
当时猎头找上我，我看这资历自己不行，可非得让我发个简历过去，结果石沉大海，要是可以，哇，爽了
对照：
