Now I'm responsible for implement six sigma in a company and act as quality director. I feel that firstly understand the aim of implement six sigma in company, it not only finishes a certain amount of six sigma project, but aslo need the six sigma of culture and method system which think of the problem to introject into enterprise culture. it let our colleague deal with the matter of method with depending on data instead of experience judgement.
