[]I was responsible for making SOP, reconfirming if the Approve sheet, samples and design are identical with each other, if there are non-conforming, I would highlight them to the departments involved, such as RD, PM, etc.[/][]Do inspection according to the RoHS requirement of the customer, and make the inspection procedure document.[/][]Compile the raw material defects and feedback to the supplier, and request the supplier to reply in 8D format timely.[/][]Compare each supplier monthly, the last suppliers who are consider being the unqualified suppliers should make an improvement.[/][]For the complaint about the raw material defect feedback from both the factory and the customer, call the relevant supplier back to chicory and discuss the issues together to cope with them. Make a record, 100% issues are closed within that month.[/][]Periodical evaluates supplier quality performance and auditing (QPA, QSA and HSF) to Suppliers.[/][]New product introductions, suppliers’ process and product approve and continuous improvement.[/][]Audit to supplier 8D reports and deal with incoming quality issue.[/][]Carry out complaint related process audits at the supplier’s plant.[/]

Self-evaluation:
During my working period, I had accepted the training of ISO9001, 14001, QC080000, TS16949, GP (RoHS, halogen free) System and CQE, mastered the using of computer office software, such as word, excel, PowerPoint and familiar SAP and ERP system, Also I am familiar with quality tools, FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, MSA etc. and various material such as plastic, Conn, and electronics etc. I took charge of M/B and GPS’s supplier management in liteon; and have excellent ability of systematical management to management supplier. Meanwhile, I am able to adapt different kinds of environment, and the strong sense of teamwork is also my treasure.
