I would like to introduce and discuss the Dock to Stock program . This is for materials directly supplied by authorized distributors and manufacturers (stockist/open market not included). At the start, we selected resistors and capacitors with history of NO IQC rejection, NO production complaint and NO Customer Complaint. We selected 10 parts at the start to test after configuration of DTS rule in SAP. Automotive and Medical parts are not included in this program.

steps:

1. identify resistors, capacitors with no rejection for 6 months or you can check your month to date history.

1. select 10 parts initially (check frequency of delivery - dts rule options can be selected in SAP)

1. seek the assistance of XXX for the initial set-up of DTS in SAP

1. assign responsible person to monitor the dts (add/delete function)

1. report status of dts
