控制图中的上下线是通过怎样的计算方式计算出来的？[原创]
我们公司在制作控制图表中好象有点错误，上下线的控制值是中心线值减去3倍的SIGAM值，可是与通过软件直接生成的数值不同，计算公式也不同。请问大家控制图的上下线究竟是怎么算出来的？谢谢大家

If it is Xbar-R chart, there are two ways of estimate the sigma. One is by Rbar (Rbar/d2), the other is by Sbar (Sbar/C4). There will be a small difference. But what the hell, if the difference is small, for engineer, it is not important as long as you stick to the same way of calculation.:lol:
