国外采购商的品质求助
小弟在一外资采购点做品管，现遇到如下问题：

i) Quality Management Systems followed such as ISO 9000. **
ii) Your mechanisms for component failure investigation.**
iii) Technical/Quality support - Asia and Europe.**
