My comments as below,Just FYR as per application of our company
Hold a meeting before Pilot run or prototype starts-----
Pilot run----submit to pilot review report/improvmentreport---for approval----pilot run review meeting ------preproduction----Request and prepare relevant fixtrure,jig,tooling,mouldle if requiored----MI(s)(manufacturing instruction(s)----follow up open items
at stage of pilot run or preproduction----If OK,1st MP(mass production ) starts.At stage of MP, all relevant personnel resposible for the pilots(R&D,ENG.,QA,RPODUCTION,IE,PE,..) must pay moer attention to the 1st MP for ensuring the MP runs smoothly
and fast solve possible occuring problem on the site.
Just the above mentioned is FYR. It maybe only apply to my company.
