什么是丰田生产方式/丰田生产方式起源

                                                                什么是丰田生产方式   
       丰田生产方式起源于丰田喜一郎和大野耐一,丰田佐吉早年创办了丰田纺织公司,而大野耐一则在其纺织公司积累了许多经验。后来丰田佐吉与丰田喜一郎在参观了美国福特汽车生产制造后,决定开创汽车工业,而大野耐一则从织机厂调至丰田制造厂,以“自働化”和“准时化”作为两大支柱,以“看板”、“拉动式”、“快速换模”、“均衡化生产”等管理方式,逐步开创出丰田生产方式。其思想的最终目标是企业利润的最大化,通过不断消除一切浪费实现成本的最低化。
   丰田不同与福特生产方式,福特生产方式建立在经济大好的情况,只要生产出就不愁销售,而丰田的创立正处于经济危机,资金的紧迫等因素不断的冲击着丰田,因此产生了小批量快速调整的生产方式,不同于福特的大批量集中生产,不断以客户需求为主,不停的减少浪费,因此即使在经济危机的情况下仍然有低速增长。

       TPS (Toyota Production System) is originated in Kiichiro Toyoda and Taiichi Ohno , Taiichi have accumulated much experience in Toyota textile corporation which was founded by Toyoda Sakichi in the early years. After visiting the automible manufacturing of Ford, Kiichiro and Sakichi decide to build the automobile industry, and Taiichi was posted to Toyota automobile manufacturer from textile corporation.  TPS is based on Jidoka and JIT, using “Kanban” , “pull-production” , “SMED” , “line balance” as a means of management to build the new production way in Toyota. The goal of TPS is to maximize the profits, and minimize the cost by continuously reducing the waste.                   
    Different from Ford, which was built in a good economy without pression, but Toyota was founded in economic crisis, have to face the problem in shortage of funds, so there is the way to small batch for quick adjustment, different from the mass production without or few adjustment in Ford. Constantly focus on customer requirement and continuous waste reduction, so even in the midst of the economic crisis there was increasing although its rate still remains low.
