由下面的例子浅析质量管理

各位大侠，

公司CEO 觉得IQC 没有起到很好的作用， 于是统管质量的老板就采取了以下的做法，让质量体系管理小组每天花30 分钟去审核IQC， 我怎么觉得逻辑上很别扭呢？？？

Pls arrange daily 30 minutes audit by you or peter at IQC and report the findings

Scope of audit: To check the actual inspection details/Records/Approval against the IQI/SQII. The reason for this audit is management is not satisfied with the existing IQC functions. There is suspect that IQC is not doing the inspection job.
