我公司年度监督审核的不符合项目！呵呵！QS9000/VDA6.1/ISO9001体系的！

1、Quality objectives for JIT have not been established yet.
及时交付作为质量目标还没有建立.

2、Process audit for steering ball bolts does not conducted based on manu-facturing process.

转向球销的过程审核没有按制造过程开展

3、The PFMEA was established for proc-ess design for the new product S1072061-AOH, but relevant process parameter e.g heating time was failed to be effectively evaluated and quanti-fied as input for control plan.

4、In the extrusion shop, process #3, there was lack of quality record to evidence that heating temperature was effectively under monitoring as proc-ess parameter defined in the relevant control plan.
