中国的食品企业何时才能真正的使用到8D??

从三鹿奶粉到圣元、再到现在传的金浩茶油,何时才能看到一张合格的8D报告。中国食品的危机呀?
要从企业自身做起,再就是主管部门监督与处理?请各位以此为例描述一下8D。

8D is mainly for quality issue. But I think for food industry, food safety is more concerned. In fact, there is another tools for food safety, which is HACCP. It is already a must requirement to many food manufacturers in many countries.

Furthermore, since the unique of food industry, even the ISO concern is a bit different, which is, ISO 22k, not ISO9K, is now well-accepted in food industry.
