Normal→Tightened: ≥2 lots rejected in the last 5
Tightened→Normal: all 5 consecutive lots accepted
Normal→Reduced: 10 consecutive lots accepted + stable production
Reduced→Normal: any lot rejected
Tightened→Normal: all 5 consecutive lots accepted
Normal→Reduced: 10 consecutive lots accepted + stable production

How to use
· Choose lot + inspection level + strictness + AQL → get n, Ac/Re and OC curve
· Tightened inspection: AQL shifted one level left, stronger protection
· Reduced inspection: smaller sample, for continuous stable production
· Double sampling: if the first sample is inconclusive, sample a second time and judge cumulatively
· OC curve: acceptance probability at different defect rates; LTPD = defect rate at Pa=10%
