工作职责：A Implement High-Level IE/Lean Standard Tools 职位描述:实现高层IE /精益标准工具 Be familiar with Layout / Process evaluation method ; increase efficiency of information/Material/Product flow according to company target 熟悉布局/过程评价方法;提高效率的信息/材料/产品流根据公司目标  Be familiar with Lean High-Level Tools ,such as VSM ,JIT ,Jidoka ,optimize value-added process according to company target 熟悉精益高级工具,如扫描仪、JIT,中的,优化增值过程根据公司目标    Be familiar with Improvement method , achieve personal LiOn target  熟悉的改进方法,实现个人的目标  B Efficiency Product Launch Base on N26000 and IE define ,make Ferkon/Aukon Workshop with TtM team for new projects 基于N26000和IE定义,使Ferkon / Aukon车间与TtM团队对新项目  Base on VSD ,design information/material/product flow and Layout with TtM team for new projects 基于房间隔缺损,设计信息/材料/产品流和布局TtM团队对新项目  Base on IE define , make MTM Analysis/ Line Balance / Standard Work Chart with TtM team for new projects 基于IE定义,让MTM分析/线平衡/标准工作表与TtM团队对新项目  C Train the trainer Qualifying basic lean knowledge to MAQ1 Employees ,such as 5S,7 Waste  Qualifying high-level lean knowledge to MAQ4 Employees,such as VSM ,JIT,Jidoka  Qualifying IE knowledge to related operation engineers ,such as production,logistic,production technology 精益工程师相关的操作培训 , 如生产、物流、生产技术
